Autograph Request Information
The Biletnikoff Foundation is pleased to facilitate your request for a Fred Biletnikoff autograph. Please complete the following application form below. Upon receipt of all requested materials, a Biletnikoff Foundation representative will contact you to discuss the status of your request. The Biletnikoff Foundation has established the following guidelines for autograph requests:
- The requestor must provide the item.
- For all requests, we ask that you make a donation to the Biletnikoff Foundation. Minimum donation requirements:
Playing Cards – $40
Flats (8×10 and larger) – $50
Footballs or Mini Helmets – $60
Helmets or Jerseys – $100 - The Biletnikoff Foundation is not responsible for any shipping and packaging charges.
- Items may be dropped off and picked up at the Biletnikoff Foundation office Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Turnaround time on getting an item signed is typically three weeks. Please call prior to pick up.
- Before receiving the signed item, information pertaining to the amount raised by the item must be provided.
- Appearance requests are available at a rate of $3,000.00 per hour.
Due to the large volume of requests we receive, there are no exceptions to the guidelines. Fred is extremely generous with his autograph, but submitting a request does not guarantee that you or your organization will receive an autograph.
Upon receipt of all requested materials, a Biletnikoff Foundation representative will contact you to discuss the status of your request. All proceeds benefit the Biletnikoff Foundation.
